Project Introduction: In September 2020, Longma supplied 319 tons of API 5L Gr.B PSL1 LSAW welded steel pipes for an industrial system project in Monterrey, Mexico — one of the country’s most important manufacturing and industrial hubs.

The project utilized large-diameter line pipes with the specification of 914.4mm OD × 9.53mm WT × 11,800mm length, designed for industrial utility and process piping systems serving a wide range of manufacturing facilities in the region.

Produced using longitudinally submerged arc welding (LSAW) technology, the pipes ensured stable weld quality, excellent dimensional precision, and reliable performance for continuous industrial operation. The API 5L Gr.B PSL1 grade provided a cost-effective solution while meeting the mechanical and service requirements of medium- and low-pressure industrial applications.
